Dry Ingredients
1 cup of buckwheat flour
1 cup of brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon of arrowroot starch
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Wet Ingredients
1 egg replacer ( I used Ener-G)
2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
4 tablespoons of agava nectar - light version
2 cups of rice milk
I usually mixed all the dry ingredients together and all my wet ingredients together then mixed them both together. You really can't over mix this.
